This is a Supernatural thriller about a young woman expecting her first child. Unfortunately there is a curse to this would be miracle that is now manifesting as a terrible nightmare. The new trailer has been revealed via IGN Movie Trailer which I have added here.
Yesterday Dread Central posted a new poster for the movie which will be out next month.
